	FLORIANA FH - #5 HIGH SCORING MARE IN 2009 AHS INSPECTIONS! Bridlewood Farm congratulates EMC Floriana FH by Fabuleux, bred by Eliza Rutherford and owned by Susan Boardman. She was named champion mare at her inspection on August 2, 2009 with an outstanding score of 8 overall which included a 9 for trot! She ranked #5 in the nation out of 288 mares for the 2009 AHS Inspection Tour! Owner's comments: "Just got my Hanoverian guide and my mare is 5th for mare inspection! The colt received an 8.0 on conformation, 8.6 on movement, and 8.2 for overall impression, his overall score was an impressive 8.3! He also received high point colt! 	FABULEUX DAUGHTER PRODUCES TOP FOAL! Bridlewood Farm congratulates Pennsylvania breeder Diane Vickery of Equanimity Farm and her Fabuleux mare, Fabulieren on Roussuleux, 2009 colt by Rousseau. 	FORTISSIMO B - BREED SHOW RESERVE CHAMPION! Bridlewood Farm congratulates Fortissimo B and owner Camilla Van Liew on their success! (Fabuleux x EM Roma/Rubenstein I/Avus/Donani) Breeder: Bridlewood Farm, Owner: Camilla Van Liew, DVM, Charleston, SC. The show was the Good Horseman Fall Sport Horse Breed Show in Conyers, GA. Fortissimo B received a 79.2 in his yearling colt class and was then named Reserve Champion colt and announced third placed overall young horse. He received an 80.2 for second place in his large Hanoverian IBC class under judge Jos Severiens. Comments included "good shoulder, wither and poll position, an overall well developed and proportioned yearling colt with good suspension and engagament, an all-over excellent dressage prospect". During the ribbon presentation, Mr. Severiens congratulated the owner on the quality and endless riding potential of a colt like Fortissimo B.

I bought Frankie (then named "Frankie Fontaine," now named "Franklin Square" as a green hunter project. In the few months I've had him, he's proven to be a very talented horse with a wonderful brain." "He's only three, but he's been off the property several times and been rock steady each time. My trainer rode him in a clinic with Richard Lamb and Frankie happily jumped small solid jumps despite having never done so before. He's been to two hunter shows and handled the atmopshere beautifully, pinning well each time in classes with much older/more seasoned horses. At his first schooling show he was first in three flat calsses and champion!" "I even took him a dressage schooling show and rode him myself. I've never so much as BEEN to a dressage show, let alone ridden dressage (I do hunters). He was perfect for me and ended up 4th at intro test A despite having a rider who didn't have a clue. He was defeated only by upper level horses showing intro for schooling before their actual classes." "He went to a HUGE horse show and was a superstar. Tents, blow up rides at a fair, 100s of horses, people whizzing past him on golf carts-- he took it all in stride. He's got a great brain! He went in a young hunter classes for horses 5 and under. He was the only 3 year old. He hacked beautifully. In the conformation division, he got moved up ahead of several horses and he was 6th overall... at a HUGE show in a class with VERY fancy horses. He'll be unstoppable next year when he's 100% solid on his leads. I couldn't believe how well he did with all the chaos!" "In all, he's just been wonderful-- and he has a great future ahead of him. I wanted to let you know what a nice foal your stallion produced. He's only three and already he's been a rockstar, I can only imagine how he'll be once he's older and can really start jumping and showing."

	2009 FILLY BY FABULEUX (Fabuleux x Le Sandra/Lepanto/Sanstrum) Owner/Breeder: Eliza D. Rutherford, Fox Hollow Farm, Charlotte, VA. Finally - a keeper filly out of Sandy!! I sold all of LeSandra's fillies thinking there would be more to come and she has insisted on having only colts for the past four years. This is an older mare who does not have many foals left in her and I was getting desperate for something to keep her line going in my broodmare band. The quality of horse this mare puts on the ground is outstanding and the temperaments on them are out of this world. This filly is a full sibling to Floriana FH, who was champion of her foal inspection and was just champion of her mare inspection with an overall 8! She even scored a 9 on her trot!! This filly is everything I had hoped for from this repeated cross and will hopefully carry on Sandy's legacy for years to come."

Fabulux scored 8's on both walk and trot. "We just returned home from the Breeders Classic in LA with our Fabuleux filly Fabulux and she did SUPER!! She was Reserve Champion on Saturday with a %76 and then today she earned her highest score to date --- %79.4. I love her so much!" "Her next stop is the Championships in LA in October and then she will be backed this fall before heading back home to be a pasture pet for the winter. "This past weekend was her first show of the season and she was 2nd in a class of really nice two year old Fillies scoring a 75.3% at the Starr Vaughn Breeders show. Lexi has been awesome and I am so happy with how she has turned out. Spending the time with her as a foal and training her through her first two years has been such a reward. She is now in in-hand training with Kevin and Ericka Reining of Lucchetti Ranch/Classic Sires. From here out we are planning on taking her to the LA Breeders Classic in August and then to the CDS/USDF Regional Championships in October. I happen to think she is pretty darn special!"
	FIATO - 2008 COLT BY FABULEUX - BREED SHOW WINNER Fabuleux x Piping Hot (Pablito/Pablo) Breeder/Owner: Victoria Barr, Caliente, NE "Fiato won the colts class at our last show in Bismark and is now qualified two time over for the year end west central championship. Peggy Klump was the judge and he recieved a 71.8. She really liked him and thought he was a great prospect She wrote " strong topline, elegant modern type, good muscling". Lilo Fore wrote "nice movement and will be an athlete". I think we are on our way to year end points. He really is a wonderful boy. I hope that I find someone to buy him to help him reach his full potential as a dressage horse." "Fiato has an excellent temperament. He has been very easy to handle and loves attention! He has trailered, bathed, been clipped, is learning to cross tie and is handled daily. He is great for the farrier. He was a demo horse for a farrier clinic a part of our dressage society, and stood quietly for about 15 minutes while the farrier was handling his legs. When I was asked to trot him in hand, both the farrier and the trainer said "WOW" at his exceptional movement. He has a fantastic canter, like his sire, and huge, elastic trot. His walk is also very free with a nice overstride. At his inspection, the judge noted his strong hind end, wonderful topline, head and neck. He also received an 8.3 for overall type and impression. He should finish between 16.1 -16.2. Fiato has the movement to excel in dressage and a powerful hind end that could prove to be valuable for a jumper. She is a dedicated Adult Amateur dressage competitor and is successfully showing the Advanced Event gelding, The Alchemist (competed at Rolex ****) in dressage at Prix St Georges. Fortissimo will be growing up with other youngsters on a 200 Acre breeding farm in Aiken, NC. Breeder's comments: "He is one of the best we have seen, we couldn't be happier with this combination of Fabuluex and EM Roma. He has the gaits, conformation, and beautiful type that you like to see in a top prospect. His temperament is exceptional--we are thrilled!" 	FABRIZIA HH - 2008 FABUEUX OLDENBURG FILLY Fabuleux x Lisianthus (Rampal/Montgomery) Premium Oldenburg/Holsteiner mare. Lisianthus was the 1999 National high scoring Oldenburg mare. Breeder: Elizabeth Houtsma www.HillsideHRanch.com Owner: Kristen Anderson, Columbia, MO. We took our Fabuluex filly to her Oldenburg inspection today, and she had a great day. She sold in-utero and her new owner came to watch her be inspected. She was in an unfortunate growth phase, a little butt high and awkward, so the inspector gave her a 7.7 for conformation, but emphasized that she would grow out of it, but he had to judge what he saw today. BUT he raved about her movement, and scored her with an 8.5 !! also gave her an 8.2 for her overall impression for a total score of 8.1. Some of his comments were "typey, nice shoulder, very nice neck, PERFECT use of the hind end, incredible suppleness and extension, will make the perfect dressage horse". Those were quotes, so you can see why both the new owner and I were extremely pleased." "We expect her to be a stellar dressage prospect. She has very correct conformation and already shows the ability to really use her hind end. Plus, you really couldn't ask for a better disposition; she is the friendliest foal on the farm!" 	FALENA - CHAMPION FILLY (tie) AT HER AHS INSPECTION! Fabuleux x Lasca (imported Holsteiner jumper mare, Landgraf, Capitol, Ramiro bloodlines) Breeder/Owner: Becky Boydston "Falena is an exceptional filly in conformation, movement, and temperament. They don't come any prettier, and more typey, or more correct." "Out of 8 fillies at the Sullivan Farm inspection today, my beautiful Falena showed her stuff, she literally floated. The judges went on and on about how good her movement is - mentioned several times, her free shoulder, her powerful rear, the excellent cross of Holsteiner and Hanoverian, and how big and pretty she is - (the German judge) sang her praises and the breeding of Fabuleux to Lasca. "She tied for champion filly. The German judge also asked me if I was showing her in breed shows, and that she is an excellent filly."

	NEWS - FABRIANNA WINS GRAND CHAMPION AT BREED SHOW! (Fabuleux x Gabrielle B/Guarantor/Matrose) This 2005 filly had outstanding Breed Show results at the 30th Annual Cornhusker Classic I and II in Freement, NE, on May 19-20, 2007. Fabrianna won her 2-year-old class with the high score of 80.6% and was chosen as Filly and Young Horse Champion and Reserve Champion on May 19th at the Classic I. The following day, at the Classic II, Fabrianna received the excellent score of 82.3% and repeated all of these honors and was selected as Grand Champion of the show. She has the long, long legs and canter that I had hoped for and her temperament could not be better. She is definitely a keeper.” Fantastica's temperament cannot be beat and her movement is excellent. She is long legged, has good bone, an easy going and fun personality. Her walk is very correct, with a long and swinging stride. Her trot is expressive, with good suspension, elasticity and a clear rhythm. She inherited her papa's fabulous canter. "Our first breed show of the year was a success. Flamenco Boy won his class by a large margin and scored 75%. His was the third highest score of the day only bested by two three year old stallions.
